Rick Scott endorses Arizona immigration law for Florida
In an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, Florida Gov.-elect Rick Scott endorsed bringing a SB-1070 style immigration enforcement law to Florida.
“We need to know who’s in our state, especially people doing something wrong,” he said about the Arizona law. When asked about the effect of such a law on tourism in Florida if boycotts were to happen he said, “Whatever we do, we’re going to make sure it’s fair. But we need people to comply with our laws.” He endorsed the law but said there would be no “racial profiling.”
Well the man who headed a company that committed massive Medicare fraud and was fined for it (should have gone to jail) and has another company currently under investigation for elderly abuse, it seems appropriate that the man would stir the pot to take the voters minds off the man they gave the power of their FL treasury to. Waste taxpayer dollars spending money on unconstitutional laws, and create the victims of hate and keep the old folks distracted and afraid. FL is in for a very interesting ride.
thank you governor rick scott for standing up to what is right for this country on illigals for those who go about it the right way they like all people welcome to this wonderful country of laws that are on the books and have for some time now for the childrens of two parents ( illegal) that is going to be a tough call but for now the 14 th admenent does give them the rights as americans god bless america
