Trump kicks reporter out of Oval Office for asking if he only wants to let white people in

Trump clearly didn't appreciate being asked why he only wants immigrants from white countries.

Donald Trump demanded that a reporter be removed from the Oval Office after he directly grilled him on his racist remarks on immigration.

CNN reporter Jim Acosta quizzed Trump on his characterization of countries like Haiti as "shitholes," a term he used to refer to countries with large black populations. Trump reportedly said he wanted immigrants from countries like Norway, which is almost all white.

"Mr. President, did you say that you want more people to come in from Norway, did you say that you wanted more people to come in from Norway?" Acosta asked.

"I want them to come in from everywhere," Trump said.

Acosta pressed the issue again. "Just Caucasian or white countries, sir? Or do you want people to come in from other parts of the world where there are people of color?"

And that's when Trump growled "Out!" and pointed to the door.

Trump's racism is undeniable, and it showed up again in his comments about immigration while meeting with members of Congress. He and his team have tried hard to get past the episode, but his angry reaction to being confronted with his own words and ideas show the stain on his presidency isn't going away at all.
